CHCA held it's Annual Spring Fling Saturday April 27th,
at Armstrong Park. Hotdogs and cold drinks were provided. Capitol
Heights residents brought dishes to share and a blankets to sit
on. There was good food, good music and lots of fun. It was a wonderful
time to meet your neighbors!
