 Built for William and Bessie Casaday in 1918, this house has had a total of 5 owners, including the present owner Don Spivey who bought the house in 2000. Renovations made in 1997 included new wiring, updated kitchen, updated guest bathroom, refinished hardwood flooring and painting inside and out. Many original features remain, including 10-foot ceilings, wood moldings, brick fireplace with built-in cabinets, hardwood floors, plaster walls in the living room, dining room, library and office, and a dining room chandelier. |
